Meet Mel and Melvin the Gnomes

Who doesn’t love an adorable gnome?!? This pattern contains TWO cuties for the price of one! Meet Mel (he’s the big one) and Melvin (he’s the smaller one): both adorable garden gnomes who love being hugged, watching tv and travelling! Since it’s an easy pattern, one of these gnomes would make a great pattern to start with… and you’ll love the result!

Mel measures 13.5″ tall and Melvin measures 8″ tall when crocheted with a worsted weight yarn.

Materials Required

blue (or yellow), dark brown and tan Ella Rae Classic (220 yards/skein) used in sample, less than one skein of each color required. This pattern can be used with any weight yarn, but plan on using more yardage for bulkier yarns.
