How the Club Works

What does the Ami Club include?

The club includes:

  • A new, exclusive amgurumi pattern each month
  • Access to exclusive video and tutorial content
  • Access to amigurumi e-books in the library
  • Membership to the FreshStitches forums
  • 10% discount off all craft eye purchases
  • Access to members-only products and sales

How do I get my content?

The Ami Club releases new, exclusive content on a monthly basis.

We hope you visit the site and forums daily! There will always be instructions in the forums about the latest offerings.

If you want to be a less-active participant and just ‘grab’ your downloads, please note that It is your responsibility to log into your account and download/view the content. We cannot be responsible for delivering missed content after the availability window has passed.

You will receive periodic email notifications regarding your club membership and notifications of content updates.

How do I get my eyes discount?

The 10% discount for members is applied automatically if you are logged in to your account! Please remember to do so before placing your order.

We cannot offer retroactive discounts or refunds.

How do I use the forums?

There’s a lovely pdf guide available in your downloads! Visit your account > downloads.

Billing

When does billing occur?

Billing occurs on the monthly anniversary of your sign-up date. You will be billed every month for the membership until you cancel. If you register for the club with a free trial period, you authorize that billing will commence at the completion of your trial period until you cancel.

How do I cancel?

You may cancel at anytime by logging into your account (click “My Account” in the top right corner), scroll down under “My Memberships” and clicking “Cancel”. When you cancel, you will remain enrolled until the end of your billing cycle, and the membership will not renew.

When you cancel, your forum posts remain on the site, but your access to exclusive content will expire. It may take one billing cycle before you stop receiving news/content-related emails.

Are there refunds?

There are no refunds for Ami Club subscriptions. There are no partial refunds for cancelling your subscription in the middle of a billing cycle.
