Ami Club Memberships
When you sign up for the club, you authorize that you will be billed every month for the membership until you cancel. Billing occurs on the monthly anniversary of your sign-up date. If you register for the club with a free trial period, you authorize that billing will commence at the completion of your trial period until you cancel.
When you create a membership, you agree to receive periodic email notifications regarding your club membership and notifications of content updates. You may not unsubscribe from these emails while maintaining an active membership. These emails will be discontinued within 1 billing cycle after your membership cancellation.
The Ami Club releases new, exclusive content on a monthly basis. It is your responsibility to log into your account and download/view the content. We cannot be responsible for delivering missed content after the availability window has passed.
There are no refunds for Ami Club subscriptions. There are no partial refunds for cancelling your subscription in the middle of a billing cycle.
Cancellation
You may cancel at anytime by logging into your account (click “My Account” in the top right corner), scroll down to ‘Subscriptions’ (in the left sidebar) > View > Cancel.
When you cancel, you will remain enrolled until the end of your billing cycle, and the membership will not renew. Your forum posts remain on the site, but your access to exclusive content will expire.
We reserve the right to revoke your account membership at any time for any reason, including but not limited to: misuse of the site, abusive behavior or inappropriate content in the forums.
Rules
By becoming a member of the Ami Club, you agree to be nice to other people on the forums. Rude, abusive or inappropriate behavior can result in a termination of your account.
Improper behavior includes, but is not limited to:
- threatening, verbally abusing or insulting another member
- posting (or posting links to) offensive or inappropriate content
- violating copyright or trademark laws
- impersonating another person
- attempting to disrupt or misuse the site
- harvesting information from the site for distribution or sale

Pattern Downloads
Patterns that are purchased on this site are pdf downloads, and are not physically mailed. You will receive an email after purchase with a link to download your pattern. This pattern is for your personal use only, and may not be distributed without consent.
You are welcome to sell items that you make from FreshStitches patterns. We request a link/mention if the listing is online and a photo! (optional, but we love to see your work!)
There are no refunds or exchanges for digital downloads.
Safety Notice
The eyes and goodies on this website are for adult crafting use. They are not recommended for use in toys for children under the age of three.
FreshStitches cannot be held responsible for misuse of these products.
Shipping of Physical Goods
Please verify that your shipping address is correct at checkout. FreshStitches cannot be held responsible for mis-delivered packages.
Physical items will shipped within 3 business days of payment (excluding American holidays), via USPS mail (first class, Priority mail for packages over 13 ounces). The shopping cart is automatically configured to give you the actual price for combined shipments.
When your package is shipped, you will be sent a tracking number via email. Please retain this information for your records.
Note that we are required by law to list the contents and actual value for international shipments. Please take into account your country’s customs fees, as we cannot alter this information.
Returns/Exchanges
If you are dissatisfied with your product, please contact stacey@freshstitches.com. FreshStitches accepts returns/exchanges in the case of product flaw or defect.
There are no refunds on Ami Club subscriptions.
